  • Forming school’s media house with a combination of teachers and bunch of selected student.
  • Plan the entire year calendar for the media team as per school’s special days, events and clubs events
  • Planning an entire suite of training by CS team to equip students with skills, SOP and tools to be able to maintain social media accounts of the school
  • Training team of students on photography skills and equip them with tools to independently cover important events in the school.
  • Maintaining a team tracker with KPI and KRA for the entire media team, which will be managed by CS team
