2.Step-by-Step Guide to Drawing an Apple

Step 1: Draw the parrot’s body

Start by drawing a rectangle standing up, like a tall building. But instead of sharp corners, make the two opposite corners rounded. This will be the body of your parrot. Take your time to make it just right! You can refer to the picture for better understanding.

Step 2: Draw the parrot’s face

Let’s give our parrot a face! Draw a semi-circle on the left side of the rectangle. Now, below the parrot’s body, draw a letter T-shape. This T-shape will be the tree branch where our parrot will sit. Take a look at the picture below to see how it’s done!

Step 3: Add feathers and a beak to your parrot!

Time to add the beak and feathers! For the beaks, draw two half semi-circles facing each other, like two smiling lips meeting in the middle. This will make the parrot’s beak. Now, on the body of the parrot, draw a curved triangle shape. This will be the feather or wing of the parrot. Imagine it like a soft, fluffy patch on your parrot’s body. Take a look at the picture below to see how it’s done!

Step 4: Add eyes and some more feathers.

Now it’s time to give the parrot some eyes and more feathers! Draw a small circle inside the parrot’s face for its eye and color it in with a black sketch pen. Leave two small white spots inside each eye to make them look shiny and alive!

Next, let’s add more feathers. Draw three more feathers below the tree branch, side by side to each other. Check out the picture below to see how it’s done! Finally, add a sleeping L-shaped line below the body of the parrot to make another tree branch, like a cozy place for the parrot to rest.

Step 5: Beautify the parrot!

Time to make our parrot even more beautiful! First, add two small feathers on the parrot’s head, shaped like leaves. Also, add some patterns to the feathers of the parrot. Draw three-four continuous U-shapes on the feathers, like fluffy clouds in the sky. This will make our parrot’s feathers look really cool!

Finally, take a black sketch pen and carefully outline the entire body of the parrot and the tree branches. This will make our drawing stand out! Check out the image below for reference!

Step 6: Coloring the parrot

Lastly, it’s time to bring our cute parrot to life with colors! You can follow the colors we’ve used in the picture below or get creative and use your own favorite colors. Maybe you want a bright green or red parrot or a beautiful blue one! Grab your coloring materials and have fun bringing your parrot to life! Remember to take your time and enjoy the process.
