2. Step-by-Step Guide to Draw a Shark

Step 1: Draw the Teeth

First, draw a curved line at the centre of the paper for the mouth. To draw fierce sharks with sharp teeth. Attach five triangles downwards to the curved line.

Step 2: Create the Head of the Shark

It’s time to give our shark a face! Add one small circle above the mouth for the eye and cover it with a curved line around it. For the big head of the Shark.

Step 3: Draw the Fins

Sharks have fins to help them steer and swim. Draw a triangle shape on the top of the body for the dorsal fin, one on the shark’s back. After drawing the triangle shape, extend the line to the back of the shark.

Step 4: Draw the Tummy of a shark

Let’s complete the remaining shape of the body. Draw the curved line, start from the mouth of the shark, and extend it to the back. We are going to connect these two lines by drawing the tail in our upcoming step.

Step 5: Add Details like Gills and Tail

Let’s add some details to make our shark look even cooler. Draw some gills on the sides of the body, for the pectoral fins in the shape of an “U”. Now, let’s give our shark a tail so it can swim! At the end of the oval, draw a triangle shape that points away from the body. This is the shark’s tail fin. Make sure it’s nice and pointy.

Final Touches

Finally, it’s time to colour your shark. They are usually Blue, but you can get creative using white color as well to the tummy of Shark. Keep the teeth white. You can make your shark a rainbow shark or a polka-dot shark.
